From Egg to Table the Trout are given the best growing opportunities.

Our Farm gets its Water supply directly from the Chalk Stream of the Great River Eau, which feeds straight in to the Farm Hatchery, Fry house and outside lanes.

One of the most overlooked features of Trout quality is allowing the fish to swim in a continuous current of water.This not only gives them a better and more natural environment to live in, it allows them to develop muscle and body shape.

The Clear water from the Great River Eau combined with the concrete raceways ensures that the muddy taste often found in Trout is not present. Another added bonus of the river water is the natural food supply that accompanies the water from the river which the Trout feed upon.

All in all our Trout have a delightful taste of their own as nature intended

We can normally accommodate small orders for collection on the same day as enquiries, but to avoid disappointment 24hrs notice is always recommended for larger orders.
